When you are gathering quotes it is important that you compare on a like for like basis. Because we have a 'one price' policy across our fabric range it can appear that a fabric is cheap. However the same fabric can appear with another company as top of the range prices. The best way to confirm our claims of trade prices is to search the fabric name
generally on say Google and then make a price comparison, the variations in cost can be massive, anything from a couple of pound to several hundreds of pounds for the same product.
Such is combined effect of our purchasing power and pricing policy.

our blinds ordering process
We are not here to just obtain your order at all costs or to make our money off potential problems that can occur such as incorrect measurements or mistakes in the suitability of fabric. We are only interested in providing you with a set of blinds that are correct from the beginning and asking you to pay for them once. Therefore, although our process may seem unusual to some, it is intended to be a seamless and efficient system that is tried and tested over many years with the sole aim of providing you with a quality service and product that you will appreciate for what it is. We want every Customer to be left with a question of "Why can't all trades operate that way?".
In the first instance we would ask you to simply use our online catalogue to create a list of samples that take you interest providing of course that you are happy with the price. When you are satisfied with your selection please complete the contact form and include the window measurements.
On receipt of your enquiry we will forward samples to you by return together with a disposable 'size checker' that you offer to the windows in question thus ensuring that if you choose to proceed with an official order the blinds are guaranteed to fit otherwise adjustments, if required, can be made at this stage.
If everything is okay we ask you to return the fabric sample of choice in a pre paid envelope together with the first half of our security payment check. On receipt we will proceed immediately with your order and validate either by phone or email the second part of the security payment.
When the blinds are complete, usually 3-5 working days after receipt of your order, we will ship the blinds to you and confirm this is so by email.
You will receive your blinds with the knowledge that they are exactly what you want, need and ordered. No further expense or disappointment necessary.
