blind Tips:
Over the years we have seen 100's of competitors come and as many go, we even see individuals set up, go broke and set up again under a different trading name, go broke and do the same again.
We enjoy competition and whether or not a Customer chooses us it is important that the service a competitor gives does not give our industry a bad name.
Two things that are essential when choosing your supplier: always ensure that they are willing to give you their trading address and very important make sure that they carry the necessary public liability insurance. You will be amazed at the number of instances we come across where Customers are left without recourse because they failed to validate the legitimacy of a trader and major problems arise.

Ordering Your Blinds
our unique approach
From day one we have ensured that every aspect of our business is different to what is generally and more commonly available to Customers. We are not claiming to be bigger or better we just simply do what we do in our own unique way - and we do it very well.
Although we are involved in what appears to be a very competitive market it is a fact that only about 4% of all blind retailers actually manufacture the complete range of blinds and supply direct to the public, we are proud to be one of the few that do. What this means for you, the Customer, is that you literally miss out the middleman and have access to quality blinds at factory direct prices. We then set ourselves apart even more by taking these unique detours from what is the normal practice for our trade:-
A very big difference that we have is, by using our volume purchasing power, we decided to include a 'one price policy' across each blind range. This means that instead of having price bands attached to individual fabrics we choose to offer all fabrics at a low set price. Yes, it would be very easy to charge a premium for fabrics that appear more expensive and increase our profits. Instead we think it is important that Customers make the right choice based on what will look and feel good rather than what price range they are restricted to.
Another major difference is we made a choice not to offer immediate ordering in our web shop. This is based on two facts - over 1 in 4 Customers that order this way furnish incorrect measurements, as we are talking a custom made product, this means that 25% of Customers incur added costs for alteration or even, with some terms and conditions that competitors apply, purchase a complete new blind. At the same time it is impossible to appreciate colour, quality or density of materials used on a computer monitor; some of the fabrics that appear on websites we know to be sheer and if the provider operates a 'no return' policy it can be a very costly problem for a Customer. Instead to safeguard our Customers we would much rather only accept orders once you have seen and appreciated the material choice. At the same time we have a unique method of double checking the measurements that you provide to us, so no expense or disappointments. Plus we have our own method of securing credit card payments so you are not open to computer fraud.
These are just a few of the 'unique' methods that we adopt in our business model, okay we may not get impulse purchases but that is okay with us as, instead, we are rewarded with completely satisfied Customers which has kept us in business for the past 19 years.
When searching for your window blind requirements please compare our prices - also it may be worth requesting the 'alternative range' on the samples form, these are materials that become temporarily available and do not appear in our online catalogue - real bargains can be obtained.
